Personal information being processed
1. Client and supplier information

First House handles personal information about clients and suppliers. The information is not disclosed to any other businesses.
The processing of personal data is based on balancing interests. We need to keep in touch with our corporate customers and suppliers to follow up offers, orders and deliveries. This is a legitimate interest. That contact becomes effective just by contacting individuals directly. Processing is therefore necessary.

The information being processed is contact information for contact with customers and suppliers.

2. Marketing

First House handles personal information about clients and suppliers. The information is not disclosed to any other businesses.

First House processes personal information for marketing purposes. This personal information will not be disclosed to other businesses.

OFFERS ON SEMINARS AND AGREEMENTS

First House arranges seminars and gatherings 3-4 times per year. In order to send an offer for such purposes to the correct person, it is necessary to register names and e-mail addresses. This is optional and means that you receive email from us with such offers.

This information is stored in a separate database and will not be shared with others.

The legal basis for this processing is consent. You may at any time withdraw your consent for the retention of your contact details. First House will then delete your contact information from the mailing list regarding offers for seminars / meetings.

3. Human resources

Employees

First House processes personal information as part of human resource management. Personal data processed in this regard includes personal information, salary information, evaluations, information about relatives, and education / employment level.

Processing of information is essentially a legal obligation. Some of the processing is also based on balancing of interests. It is not possible to access the information by any means other than storing the information. Processing is therefore necessary.

Personal data relating to human resource management is retained as long as the employee is employed by First House.

The processing of most of the personal data is based on balancing interests. There may be a need to document personnel after the employment relationship has ended. This may, for example, be the case for documentation that we as an employer have fulfilled our obligations under legislation or the employment contract. This is a legitimate interest. It is not possible to access the information in any other way. Processing is therefore necessary.

The processing entails storing the information for up to 12 months. Information about the employee's employment, duration of employment and work tasks can be saved longer. The information will not be disclosed to others without the prior employee requesting it, for example in connection with the assessment of employment with a new employer.


Job applicants

First House needs to process personal information about applicants. It is not possible to evaluate an application without processing such information and the processing is therefore based on balancing interests.

Common information is one’s name, education, work experience, reference persons, CV, etc. We do not use the information for anything other than reviewing the application and will not provide the information to others. Personal data about applicants for positions will be deleted within six months after they apply for a position at First House, unless they are employed. In addition to this, job applicants must give their consent if they still want us to retain the information in our database.

Processing is based upon a legitimate interest.


4. Other contacts persons

Processing of personal data is based on balancing interests. We need to have contact with public authorities, such as NAV and supervisory authorities in public law matters where we can have obligations and rights. This is a legitimate interest. In some cases, communication will only be effective if we can contact individuals directly. Processing is therefore necessary.

We store one’s name and contact details and use the information to contact the person's employer. The information is related to the contact person's employer's activities and not to the contact person's privacy. Our processing of personal data is clearly accountable to the contact person.

Processing is based upon legitimate interest.


5. Visitors to the company’s website

On First House's website http://www.firsthouse.no, information is logged about all visitors using Google Analytics. The information logged is not linked to the visitor and cannot be traced back to you as an individual.
